Wood Based Activated Carbon

YICARB Wood Based Activated Carbon is made from high-quality fuel wood, sawdust, wooden blocks, bamboo, coconut shells, and fruit shells. It’s processed and produced using physical activation methods, phosphoric acid activation methods, and zinc chloride activation methods. It has a developed mesoporous structure and a large specific surface area, with large adsorption capacity, fast filtration speed, high strength, low ash content, reasonable pore size distribution, and high ignition point.

Wood based activated carbon is suitable for industries such as sugar manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and alcoholic beverages. Bulk activated charcoal is also widely used for decolorization, refining, purification, and wastewater treatment of organic solvents.
